What sizes of Beyond H2O™ Water are available for purchase and delivery online?
Beyond H2O™ Water is available in the following sizes:
12 x 500ml bottles (16.9 oz.) – 12 pack (1 case)
48 x 500ml bottles (16.9 oz.) – Monthly pack (4 cases)
168 x 500ml bottles (16.9 oz.) – Family pack (14 cases)
Does Beyond H2O™ Water have an expiry date?
Beyond H2O™ Water uses a standard "expiry" date for all water sold in Canada and the United States. The "best by" date can be found laser printed on the top half of each Beyond H2O™ Water bottle. This applies to unopened bottles.
While the federal government does not require an expiration date, certain states have individual requirements. According to the United States Department of Food and Agriculture (FDA), which regulates bottled water in the United States:
"Bottled water is considered to have an indefinite safety shelf life if it is produced in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (FDA regulations for the processing and bottling of bottled drinking water) and quality standard regulations and is stored in an unopened, properly sealed container. Therefore, FDA does not require an expiration date for bottled water..."
How can I be sure my order completed?
Once your order completes, you will receive an order number and most importantly a confirmation e-mail from us with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, a) your order did not complete or b) you did not supply a valid e-mail address. Please be sure you are using a valid e-mail address before placing your order. Please contact customer service at customercare@beyondyours.com with any ordering problems.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact customer service at customercare@beyondyours.com.
What is the return/refund policy?
We are unable to refund any purchases from the time your order is shipped until your product is received by you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase of Beyond H2O™ water. If you're not completely satisfied with Beyond H2O™ water, we will gladly exchange or refund your unused portion within 10 days of the sale date.
For full refund of a Product, we need the order confirmation or record of purchase in our system. The Product must be in its original condition. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted.
ORDER STATUS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are the shipping and handling guidelines?
Delivery within 3 - 5 business days for orders placed by 12:00 noon (PST) Monday-Friday. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (PST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday. Deliveries are not available for orders shipped to P.O. Boxes.

When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we've verified all of your information, your order will ship and we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.
When will my order arrive?
Shipments via UPS Standard Ground delivery will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date it is shipped.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once you've placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Just sign into My Account and click on "View Orders." As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that will also contain your tracking information. Please contact Customer Services at customercare@beyondyours.com with any questions regarding your order.
I'm not going to be home to sign for my package. Is that ok?
Please note that all orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within the United States, Canada, and the UK.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. At this time, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We honor each province/state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment. We are required by law to charge tax. Some provinces and states may be exempt.
For shipments to the United States, please call or email us for duty and tax rates. These charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning something that is the result of our error. If that is the case, please contact Customer Services at customercare@beyondyours.com.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping charges are based on your location and the total weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated for you at the time of checkout.

When you place an order with BeyondYours.com, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with U.S. customs to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
BeyondYours.com will handle all merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. By waiving and transferring your right to receive the refund of duties and taxes to BeyondYours.com's customs broker, we can refund the duty and taxes quickly and directly to you if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-House Returns
Any product physically purchased direct from Beyond Yours Marketing, Inc. may be returned to our corporate facility provided that it meets the return/refund policy guidelines.
Mail Returns From Online Purchases
You may return any merchandise purchased online direct via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below. Merchandise purchased direct through our customer service department, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our corporate offices.
*** Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization Ticket Number ("RA"). Please email customercare@beyondyours.com.
Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 15 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check may be issued for a purchase made. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.
